Its providing a real estate services for Al-Fahhad Holding Group and there is a plan to expand during the coming period when the real estate market is stabilized within Saudi Arabia and will have real estate investments outside Saudi Arabia and specifically the countries that will expand the business activities of the company knowing that the total owned space for real state is 366,954.24m and market value of SAR 150 million.

The Company's activities focus on the following points:

1. Develop the land to be the headquarters of the Holding Group branches
2. Land development and sale.
3. Construction of commercial centers and housing units and investments in selling and renting.
4. Investment in activities related to the real estate market.
