As a result, Al Fahhad Co. became Mathieu’s exclusive agent in Saudi Arabia. Parties agreed that “Ahmed Soliman Al Fahhad Co.,” as the certified agent, shall negotiate and close product and services deals in accordance to this agreement, under Al Fahhad’s Co. name and on behalf of the French Company.
